You'll want the backward images to use on a t-shirt. It's a very involved physics explanation but take my word for it.
You can purchase pack of 12 iron-on transfer sheets for about $13. These full size images would look great for the back of a shirt. You may want a smaller image for the front breast of the shirt. Grabbing just the quote from one of the first few looks good for the front of the shirt.
